Domestic shipping
Order processing takes 3-7 business days. If your order is urgent please contact us and will endeavor to fast track your order where possible. Just paying for express shipping does not make your order be packed faster, the extra you pay goes all to Aus post to ship it faster.
Standard delivery takes 5-21 days for Australian orders. WE OFFER LOCAL DELIVERIES TO GRAFTON NSW CBD. We offer free shipping for orders over $130. It is your responsibility to enter your address correctly. We will send your order to the exact address you give us, if your parcel is lost or returned it is your responsibility if you entered a invalid address.
Please note it is your responsibility to ensure you are home when your delivery arrives or to pick up the parcel from the post office. We only recommend you do not select Authority to leave and pay the additional fee for signature as we will not be held responsible if your parcel goes missing.
returns & exchanges
We do not offer refunds for change of mind but we understand children’s sizing can be so different, So if you buy something & it doesn’t fit to your liking. Please contact us & we will happy to exchange If we have the size in stock. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, have tags still attached and not have been worn or washed.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. For hygienic reasons, teethers, dummies, breastfeeding products and accessories cannot be returned.
